Rosehill Social Golf Club Weekend Away 2025
Friday 31st October & Saturday 1st November 2025.
Once again, the club will be heading down south for a couple of nights, returning to the Villa’s at Bunbury Foreshore Discovery Park (Was Koombana) in Bunbury, and also locking the popular Coach trip for Saturday’s game.
Unfortunately, the accommodation costs have gone up significantly, so unfortunately, we have had to raise the costs to the club members.
The cost for those individual members staying at the Villa’s at Bunbury Foreshore Discovery Park and sharing with other club members in the Villa’s is now capped at $250, with the club paying the balance of the cost.
The $250 includes your accommodation for 2 nights, the Coach trip and lunch at Harvey, plus the first-class Pizza’s and booze on Saturday evenings presentation get together, starting around 6:30pm.
The above is also included for those club members who are staying elsewhere, with any non-members/guests having to pay $80 to cover the above.
A reminder to all guys coming BRING CASH to pay Green Fees at Harvey (Pay Stevie G), fines, the wheel and any other fundraising.
You are responsible for paying the green fees and incidentals – see below
Accommodation
Room allocation/numbers are below, along with a short map of our part of the park.
Please identify yourself and which unit you are in, with just one person getting the key (suggested persons below) from the Bunbury Foreshore reception. Make sure you sort this out with your room mates before you arrive.
The weekend format
Friday morning, we are playing at Bunbury Golf Club, 1 Lucy Victoria Avenue Clifton Park.
Tee off Time is 10:00 am – please be at the golf course by 9:30 am at the latest, so please allow plenty of time to drive down from Perth. Cost for the round is $60 payable at the Proshop. Carts are available, price $50 (twin share) which we will need to be booked in advance (please speak to Stevie G)
The game format is individual Stableford and please note that as this is the official club game, so we need you to wear your yellow club shirt on the Friday only.
After the game, once we’ve checked into our accommodation, Friday night is up to you, but most of the boy’s head into Bunbury for a meal and drinks.
Saturday morning, we are playing at Harvey Golf Club,
Tee off Time is 9:30 am
Coach will arrive at Car park near the Kids Water Park adjacent to the Caravan Park at 8:15am, departing at 8:30am and driving to Harvey Golf Club, so whether you’re staying at the Caravan Park, or elsewhere, don’t be late!!!!!!
At Harvey Golf Club we will have a fun game of 4-Man Ambrose (Select). No club shirt is required. Cost for the round is $40 cash , with carts available for $35 (twin share) cash. We will also need to book these ASAP in advance (again please speak to Del)
You will need to pay Stevie G in CASH before the game (no credit card facilities)
Please Note: As we are playing at Harvey, it is their regular Saturday competition, so there will be an approximate half hour break at the cross over, then we will join onto the end of the members. However, the bar/shop will be open for a break and
the club is paying for some lunch to be available. (purchase your own drinks). We will also be staying at the course for a few drinks after the game and long putt Competition, then heading back to Caravan Park on the Coach at 4:30pm.
Once back at the accommodation, clean yourselves up a bit, as the club puts on Pizza and Drinks in unit 5, at approximately 6:30pm, which is also when we do the Prize giving for both games, plus a Mega Wheel of Misfortune, the Master at Arms and
plenty of laughs along the way.

Paying for your Accommodation
Most importantly, once again, the accommodation cost for those staying in the Villa’s at the Caravan Park is $250, please get your payments in to Razor, ASAP. Funds transfer is preferred, directly into the new club account.
